Seeing a Naturopathic Doctor is more than just choosing to use natural health products.  It is about initiating a life-long change towards preventative health.  At your first visit, we discuss your current health concerns, your family history, and your future health goals. Necessary labwork will be ordered.  Your second visit involves any necessary physical examination and a discussion of health program goals.  By your third visit, a health program has been formulated, and key areas of preventative health initiatives identified.  Return visit schedules will vary depending on your individual case, but in general, after you have started a program, regular check-ups every 6 months are recommended.

To make the most out of your initial visit, complete and scan/fax/deliver your intake form to the office, along with any recent laboratory work (available at the ordering physicians office) or assessments before your first consultation.

Nutritional supplements, botanical medicines and/or homeopathics will likely be prescribed.  It is important to fill and complete these prescriptions at the prescribed therapeutic dosage and with the correct professional strength products.
